It was 22 degrees at 7:30am and the ice was frozen nicely. Caroline, Danny, and I skated before school. Here is Caroline's bus picking up some schoolmates, but not her! I drove her in a little later.




Danny stayed on the ice and fooled around until I returned, and then we practiced tipping in shots for a bit.

Both kids smelled 'like recess' on their way in to school. A good way to start the day.







We have used the rink more days this week than any other week this winter. Temperatures will rise dramatically today with warm temperatures and rain expected this week. We said, 'good-bye' to the ice; again.
