I took the summer off from playing league hockey. From May thru August I only played 'pickup' hockey, once a week. I need the break from the late nights and tired legs that playing in a league brings, but I miss playing for something and I miss the group of guys on the team.
Rapid Finishing (that's my team) won it's first game of the season on Monday, 4-3. Some of the guys have been on Rapid for nearly 10 years. I've heard some funny, ridiculous, and incredible things in that locker room. But, "What happens in the locker room stays in the locker room."
