NOT! The warm temps (41) and snow have combined to leave my rink looking like a lemonade slushy from a 7-11. I am left to wait and see what I have when temperatures dip below freezing tonight and thru the weekend. Hoping it freezes enough so I can walk on it and perhaps resurface with my RinkRake. This isn't going as I had planned. :(

Hi Scott,
I miss you, Debbie and the kids so much. Reading about the rinkt brings back fond memories of our Chelmsford days. You just crack me up and always did! I am so impressed with what you have done. You are a wonderful father. I am so happy with the passion and peace you have found in what appears to be a rink but is really in being a DAD!!! You have come a long way baby. As Jeffa would say you are AWESOME. Hang in there the cold will come. We will be reading
Let it freeze and resurface. My rink looked VERY much like that at one point :D
Have faith, ye rinkbuilder!
PS: Did you just get that Rinkrake? Or did you make it or what?
I'm not too far up 495 from you, and I have the same problem. Having done this 5 years now, I'll tell you what I'm doing- nothing. It will be so cold and windy tomorrow no one will want to skate anyway. Tomorrow night (Saturday) right before the puck drops in the Bs game, I'll resurface it once. Then again right after the game. (It takes about 3 hours for a squirt to fully set.) Sunday the surface will be perfect, and you should be all set for a pre- Pats skate!
