Temperature last night: 6 degrees.
Went out after watching an ugly Bruins game. Turning was kind of difficult at times as my skates are very dull. Nearly wiped out a few times. Going to sharpen them today so my last few skates are more fun. Worked on my backhand a bit.
After 30 minutes, having worked up a good sweat, I skated to center ice, undid my skates and stripped off all clothing....except for the bathing suit I was wearing under my clothes....and ran like hell to the open and waiting hot tub. Ever walked across ice in naked feet? I had to do it once.
Temperature of the hot tub: 102 degrees
I sat in the tub with a Bud, looking at the rink through the steam of the hot tub and found her quite attractive. I'm very thankful for the opportunity to use it again. The steam froze to my hair as it rose off the water. It was a good night.
